Our model is one flat fee: $249 per month for residential agents, $499 for commercial. Close one deal or twenty, and your commission is 100% yours. No split, no per-transaction charge, no cap to chase.
What your sponsorship includes.
This is real brokerage sponsorship, not just a place to hang a license: broker supervision and availability for transaction questions, contract and document compliance review, transaction file review, advertising compliance guidance, commission processing, and brokerage document retention.
The annual renewal also covers E&O insurance and the brokerage technology fee, line items many flat-fee brokerages bill separately.
Transparent pricing. No surprises.
Residential agents. $249 per month with a six-month initial term. A one-time $399 onboarding fee covers sponsorship setup, license affiliation processing, and compliance onboarding. After your first year, a $399 annual renewal covers your file review, policy updates, E&O insurance, and technology fee.
Prefer to pay once? Approved agents can prepay $2,700 for the year, the equivalent of $225 a month.
Commercial agents. Commercial sponsorship is $499 per month, reflecting the additional oversight commercial transactions require. Everything else matches the residential plan: the same one-time $399 onboarding fee, the same $399 annual renewal covering E&O insurance and the technology fee, and 100% of your commission with no transaction fees. Approved commercial agents can prepay $5,400 for the year, the equivalent of $450 a month.
That is the entire fee schedule. There is nothing else in the fine print.

Pure Broker is built for licensed agents and broker associates in good standing who manage their own clients, know their contracts, meet deadlines, and follow compliance requirements without hand-holding. If that describes you, this will be the least intrusive brokerage relationship you have had.
It is not a fit for brand-new agents who need daily training, brokerage-provided leads, or an office environment. Not every agent who applies is approved, which is exactly why the agents who are approved value it.
Want to add property management?
Property management is not mixed into the main brokerage. For agents who want to build a property management business, Pure Broker establishes a dedicated LLC for that activity and gets it licensed with the state, with Rodney Henson serving as designated broker (qualifying broker in states that use that term). Your management business operates under its own compliant legal structure, separate from sales activity, with trust-account and reporting obligations handled under proper broker oversight.
