Property management is available through separate, state-licensed entities affiliated with Pure Broker, each operating under a designated broker. The brokerage itself is focused on approved real estate representation areas such as residential, commercial, new construction, investment property, land, luxury, and relocation, depending on agent experience and brokerage approval.
THE FOUNDER
The Broker Behind Pure Broker
Pure Broker LLC was founded by Rodney Henson, a broker whose real estate career began in 1997 and spans residential and commercial brokerage, property management, and real estate development. That is the same range of work the brokerage sponsors today.
Before starting Pure Broker, Rodney spent more than seven years in broker leadership at Real or Real Broker (Nasdaq: REAX), serving as its original broker when the company had zero agents in 2014 and later holding broker leadership roles tied to the company’s expansion into Texas, Florida, Colorado, and Georgia. Supervising licensed activity through that kind of growth shaped Pure Broker’s model: experienced agents perform best with clean compliance oversight and minimal interference.
Rodney holds an accounting degree from Sam Houston State University and a master’s in administration from West Texas A&M University. He serves as designated broker for Pure Broker LLC, which sponsors agents across Texas, Florida, Colorado, and Wyoming, with Georgia coming soon.
