The $150 fee you pay every month can be paid for every year! This is how.
A non-mandatory brokerage commission fee of $395 can be charged to your client/customer and used on every single one of your transactions whether on the buyer or seller side. From this additional commission fee you earn $150.
If you just close on 12 deals during the year and use the non-mandatory brokerage commission fee you will actually earn a REAL 100% commission for the year (not like the other 100% commission brokerages who, in reality, have other fees that lower your 100%.)
If you close more than 12 deals using the non-mandatory brokerage commission fee, you will in reality earn MORE THAN 100% for the year. For example, you close 20 deals for the year. (20 deals - 12 months) = 8 deals in excess, 8 deals x $150 = $1,200 above your 100% commission for the year. 50 deals per year (50 -12) = 38 x $150 = $5,700 above your 100%, etc...etc...etc...
